Social service is an academic practice that allows students to have hands-on experience in real jobs. It is aimed to benefit the Mexican society. A good choice for social service will allow you to acquire professional experience prior entry to the labour market. It will grant you the opportunity to develop and strengthen your research for your dissertation, or to qualify with a thesis report in accordance with the guidelines of the Coordination of your academic programme. In many cases, social service is a life experience, apart from being a mandatory requirement for degree obtaining. (UNAM).
